What is the story that your organization would like to tell? And who is your audience? Finally, how do we make this story meaningful to them?
As with any good story, there is often a narrative structure in place. At its most basic level, we most often begin with an introduction, body, and conclusion.
Tell the right story. We are living in an age when people are actively seeking authenticity. Make sure your story reflects your organization's core values.
The architecture represents the bones of the project.
Here we are marrying the physical structure of the space with the narrative structure of the story. Get this right and your experience will have 'flow'.
For the lifespan of the project, the architecture will be the most permanent part of the installation.
The rate of obsolescence these days is staggering, even more so for technology and media. Consider the architecture as a multifunctional stage set to increase the value of your investment and prolong the life of the space.
Experience is a phenomenon.
It is inherently complex and even in the case of scripted experiences, it can be unpredictable at times. That's the human aspect of experience.
Experience is fleeting.
The key thing to consider here is the emotional impact. How does your guest feel as they journey through your experience? And what is the takeaway — their memory and emotional impression of the event?
Our process is based on an iterative design process that begins with an in depth understanding of the client's objectives. It is also a highly collaborative process; entailing a journey of discovery, ideation, experimentation, and ultimately implementation.
